POLICIES
The Feather Bed guest rooms feature private baths and separate entrances. We have a non-smoking policy as a courtesy to all our guests. Our two cats do not allow other pets, but we can refer you to boarding kennels in the area. All rooms have telephones. Off street parking and complimentary bicycles are provided.
Room rates are quoted for double occupancy. Single rate is $6.00 less. Some of our rooms accommodate additionÂal guests at $12.00 per guest. Well-behaved children are welcome. Toddlers are not allowed in the upstairs rooms because of open staircases. Our Guest House is handicap accessible.
You may invite outside friends to join you for breakfast for an additional charge if we have space available and we have notification by 6:00 pm the previous evening. We will be happy to accommodate your dietary needs if you will notify us by your arrival time.
Because we have limited units and have weekly stays, we have a 2 week cancellation policy (4 weeks for holidays). If by chance an emergency arises and you must cancel within that period, we will try to rebook the suite for you. If we are able, we will credit the funds back to you.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Please notify us if you will be arriving after 6:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Discounts are available when staying three nights or more. Business rates are available Sunday through Thursday, excluding holidays.
